HD Church is what we like to call a "found family". We've come from near and far and connected here, where we're growing together learning how to live life according to God's Higher Defintion. We love Jesus, we serve our community, and we've grown up 'hip-hop', so we infuse it into our expressions of worship.
We're fighters by faith, supporting each other as we encounter and overcome life's challenges while also seeking to fulfill the calling God has on each of us to make a difference in the lives of others.
Our vision is for our gatherings to be a place of warmth, filled with hope and God's love. We are together about 90 minutes, beginning with our hip hop-infused praise and worship sets followed by a real and relevant biblical teaching that brings us closer to God. Come early for prayer and stay after to become known - to get connected with the HD family.
Yes! Our entire church family worships together to open service, then after the welcome/announcements, we dismiss our HD Kids ministry which serves children ages 2-12 (while we also have a nursing mothers room available, for children up to 2 years age). In HD Kids, they'll learn about Jesus through age-specific lessons and a variety of fun activities. Our goal is to make Sunday your child’s favorite day of the week!
